Jessy - and everyone: I want to mention the Butte County SNAP (Special Needs Awareness Program). MSSP and IHSS gives this red packet of info to all new clients. There is a card inside that a client fills out and mails back to the county. This lists mobility challenges, assistive devices, pets. Then the client is on a database for first responders to see during an emergency. Being on this database helped some survive the CampFire.
